An On Bast, Anna Suda, is a critically acclaimed Polish electronic music producer, composer, and live performer, known for her high-energy and ambient sets. She is renowned for her approach of actively shaping and manipulating modular synthesizer sounds live, allowing each show to hold a unique improvisational quality!
She has performed this approach through major venues and festivals, such as Sonar, Watergate, Fusion Festival, and more!
Sound as Expression
Her relationship with her instruments is both emotional and distinctive, an extension of her mind and hands, which unlocks endless evolving sounds. This deep-rooted passion sparked early on during her younger years, where she was drawn to instruments within reach, spending hours at the piano, developing a deep sensitivity to sound. This naturally progressed her way of self-expression through sounds which continues to drive her present creative energy.
She is dedicated to carrying attention to detail in all aspects of her life, especially with a background in philosophy and law. Her creative path is one of constant exploration, driven by curiosity, experimentation, and the joy of discovering new possibilities.
Musical Milestones
Anna’s drive to evolve has led to her releases on leading labels, including Carl Cox’s Awesome Soundwave, where her 2021 album “I Create As I Speak” gained global recognition, followed by her 2023 LP “Tender Perceptions”. Alongside this, her own Ghost Kitchen label serves as a fully independent outlet, offering complete creative freedom and a direct expression of her artistic vision. To date, she has released 11 albums and numerous EPs.
This dedicated ethos has taken her across the globe, bringing her sound to cities like Berlin, Melbourne, Shanghai, Barcelona, London, Ibiza, and Amsterdam, and to renowned venues and festivals including DC10, Wembley Arena, Watergate, Kater Blau, Fabrik, Fusion, Awakenings, Mysteryland, Piknic Électronik, Garbicz, and Rave The Planet.
